(Equinox), challenging the constitutionality of the Real Estate Contract Forfeiture Act, the forfeiture of their real estate contract with Equinox, and the failure of Equinox to execute a final option agreement. Clarke also appeals the order granting Equinox attorney's fees and expenses. We affirm.
